I contacted Richie after being advised by a doctor that I needed to be on a low fat diet to get the most out of my medication. He asked about my condition on the call and by the time I first met him he had fully researched it to be able to best help. I really found this to be exceptional service and felt that he really wanted to help me.I continued to see him for a number of months as he always had very good advice and pointers of how I could improve the diet.Really great guy, would absolutely recommend. I have recently started my journey into a healthier lifestyle and trying to achieve the results I have longed for , for years. I was introduced to Richie’s nutritionist service through my personal trainer. Richie phoned me for a consultation and was so helpful and approachable. Since the initial phone call he has given 100% support and always reply’s to any questions I have within a good time. I am absolutely amazed at how my eating habits have changed in such a short space of time and the meal plans are easy to follow and prep and so filling and delicious . Services

Richie will look at your current nutritional strategy and assess where changes need to be made to perform optimally. Richie always preaches food before supplements, utilising nutrition to get the best out of your performance in your sport/discipline, considering timings, amounts and food groups to achieve this first.

Richie will assess where your recovery is hindered and adjust your diet accordingly to ensure you are recovering optimally, allowing you to increase training adaptations and perform sooner after finishing an event, competition or training.

Richie has a keen interest in this area. He has a good amount of experience personally and professionally in coaching physique, bikini and bodybuilding athletes to reach their aesthetic competition goals successfully and safely.

Richie has worked with several boxers to help make their weight, some of which are in the professional circuit. He will help you reach the desired weight safely, whilst allowing you to focus on training and the fight itself instead of cutting weight drastically. Making weight this way allows for energy levels to stay high during training and ensure illness doesn’t strike prior to competition.

A common problem with the general population, something that Richie can help with once he has assessed your current diet. He will provide evidence based recommendations to have you feeling full of energy without the need for coffee!

Maintaining healthy eating can be a challenge, but if you enjoy your diet it should be easy. Richie will show and help you how to eat healthily whilst being enjoyable so you can sustain this over a longer period of time. He will be able to give you practical examples that consider your day to day routine to cater for the new plan.

Richie experienced this first hand where he lost over 20kg 4 years ago as part of his journey in sport and exercise nutrition. He has experienced what works and what doesn’t and will give you the best method of losing weight tailored to your personal needs, whilst allowing you to eat ‘fun’ foods as part of a sustainable plan.

Richie can analyse your diet using specialist software however this isn’t included in consultations but can give you a good overview on your food, vitamin and mineral intake for an in more depth look at your nutrition.

At the first meeting, Richie will measure your baseline body fat, height and weight from which you can track progress regularly with Richie. This painless, non-invasive method of measuring body fat is one of the most accurate and simple ways to measure body fat. Body fat % is the best way to track progress as the scale doesn’t tell us much at all!
