"Rich, promised a lot & failed to deliver. He knowingly let me down & took little care in the work. His quote was one of the the highest so I thought I would get good quality work.
I now have to pay someone else to finish the work and fix all the problems left behind, which includes wall sockets/fixings hanging off, a new cooker that is not even wired & retiling. Unplumbed pipes have caused serious water damage to the property & neighbours flat. His lack of care at the end was shocking. He knew he was leaving the job unfinished but offered no solutions. He just didn't care.
