Richard Ash is an outstanding practitioner and I have been to see him many times. Usually, it is for Indian Head Massage which has a rejuvenating effect and is one of the best anti stress solutions around. You notice the benefits right away. But the thing that is most noticeable about this treatment is how it enhances your sleep. Been there about eight times and on every occasion after the treatment I slept incredibly well - waking up next day refreshed - just as you would like to feel after eight hours of slumber. But a different kind of sleep, too. More deep and restful that what you are used to. The only explanation must be that the whole treatment eliminates tension, stress and everything else that life throws at you in what can be summed up in three words - the daily grind. The treatment itself is extremely rejuvenating, very inexpensive, and relaxing too. I'd recommend this to anyone ....but you'll never know unless you go. More...

Richard is a fabulous therapist and the genuine article. I have recommended him to friends and family who have also enjoyed their treatment. I struggled with chronic fatigue and found my reiki sessions helped me on the road to recovery as I am now fit and well.
