I've had the pleasure of ordering food from RFF on a couple of occasions. Best dish for me was the salmon. People over cook their Salmon, leaving it dry. This was flaky, and moist. I've been dying to support and I must say I was not disappointed. This was an amazing experience for me. From the moment I received my order to the last spoonful of food. Rich Fit Foods is inexpensive and very tasty. My favorite is the pan seared salmon. The seasonings were perfection. Not too little, not too much. I was set for the week and did not have to worry about eating fast food or figuring out what to eat for lunch. Chef Richmond was great and I plan on using him again in the near future. More...
