Rhiannon is an amazing inspiration for all, especially with her book Rhitrition and her weekly podcast Food for Thought. I always look forward to listening to her podcast and am an avid follower of her advice especially since I am a Nutrition student and learn so much from her. More...

I love the Food for Thought podcast on Spotify. After being diagnosed with an eating disorder this time last year, I have been trying to build a good relationship with food. This podcast has really helped me because of how informative it is. I now have a better knowledge and understanding of nutrition, which has helped me on my recovery. Can't wait for the next series! I haven't been to the rhitrition clinic however I absolutely love the Food for thought podcast Rhiannon is doing. Its an amazing source of information and one learns so much. Rhiannon is covering so many nutrition related topics across the board (think sugar, diet myths, pollution,hormones,skincare) and I personally have learned so much from there and added it into my lifestyle. And the best... all for free! :-)P.S. highly recommend attending one of Rhiannon's talks as they are so informative! More...

PANNA ASHERI had the privilege of receiving a copy of Rhiannon Lambert’s ebook, ‘Eat Plant Based’. It’s a beautifully presented book. Lots of practical information to ensure you are eating a balanced plate which isn’t nutrient deficient. I loved the examples of sources of food, examples of fruit and vegetables in the different colour categories and the store cupboard ideas. The book debunked any myths about a vegan lifestyle and is evidence based. It simplified nutrition for vegans without blinding you with science! At the end of the book is a variety of recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert which may even tempt your die hard carnivore! Fantastic ‘nutrition bible’ for anyone choosing to eat well as a vegan. Highly recommend it. More...

This summer, i spent the week with team Rhitrition on the Renourish Retreat in France. An experience i will always cherish as it sparked a change in my life that i will always be grateful for. Educational nutrition workshops, fitness for health, wellbeing to calm a busy mind, food in abundance, spare time to connect with yourself and form new realtionships. I laughed, cried, fuelled myself physically, grown spiritually and emotionally, in a week. I left feeling empowered to make good lifestyle decisions, that are sustainable in everyday life. Rhiannon is an extremely professional and passionate individual. I went to see Rhiannon because a busy life and work stress had impacted my body and I was feeling really confused about how I could fuel my body better. She gave me a very manageable plan with easy to follow guidelines which got results. Most notably, aside from her extensive knowledge she has an incredibly warm and positive personality which left me feeling very supported and uplifted. She really cares about her clients (and I think anyone she can reach even if they aren't a client) and I would highly recommend seeing her. Rhiannon is a star nutritionist. I went to her with a minefield of issues, such as high cholesterol, IBS symptoms, skin problems, weight loss required etc. and she devised a way forward to restore my gut health and reset my body. For once in my life I feel educated to fuel my body with the nutrients it’s needs without calorie counting or being restrictive. I feel equipped to make the right choices but also feel OK about having the odd treat. At last I’m finally at peace with my body and my food choices. Rhiannon genuinely transformed my life. After battling a terrible relationship with food and myself for 8 years, sitting down with Rhiannon has given me a whole new lease of life. Her warmth and care makes you feel so safe and suddenly your emotions you never even knew you had just come out and finally make sense. Her knowledge is incredible, so I would advice anyone who wants to know more about how best to fuel their body to go and see her. My body has finally shifted physically the way I wanted it to since taking her invaluable advice on board, but way more importantly my mind has shifted. I can now understand and accept things beyond my control that landed me in the mental space that was in, and she made me stop blaming myself. I've never had so many compliments as I have had since my appointment with Rhiannon. The key word everyone uses is 'glowing'. For years I battled between crash diets, binge eating and worse. I don’t live in London but Rhiannon came recommended so I took the trip to her.
Her energy, positivity, love of her work and genuine care for the people she meets filled me with more hope than ever. I walked away feeling motivated to change my whole outlook on food which would incidentally change my life. She’s a breath of fresh of air.
I have also met other wonderful like minded people through her. And if you ever need a little “Rhiannon energy” boost go to her Instagram. Can't thank her enough, highly recommend.

Wonderful! Rhiannon drew up easy to follow plans for both of us. My husband and I have contrasting diets (I don't eat meat, he does; I eat fish, he doesn't and so on) and we lacked appliances, but Rhiannon was able to cater to us and ensure we got the nutrition we needed.

As someone to work with personally, Rhiannon was always a ray of sunshine - full of positive energy, encourage and enthusiasm. She really cares! We were with her for about 9 months and she educated us for life on how to eat in a balanced and healthy way. Would recommend her 100 times over.

Seeing Rhiannon was one of the best things I have done for my health and fitness. I simply cannot recommend her highly enough. If you already work out and are reasonably fit but not quite where you want to be, she will take you the extra mile and then some.

My personal view was that I spend so much money on gym etc. so why shouldn't I spend a little money on nutrition advice, given that they say 80% of what you look like is diet. I was sceptical, but so so impressed.

I initially saw her about 8 weeks before my wedding, and then again another 4 weeks before - and she was able to get me in amazing shape for my wedding - beyond what I had ever imagined possible, and I wasn't once hungry!

After my wedding she completely changed my view of nutrition and health. I am now much more aware of what I should be doing, and it is the perfect complement to my gym routine. I would see her every month if I could but she is in such high demand.

I could not recommend seeing her highly enough.

I've had the pleasure to meet and work with Rhiannon. Not only is she great as a professional, but she also has a beautiful personality. She's such a warm, kind and understanding person, it makes you feel so comfortable during the sessions.
And the best part for me was that she is available on Skype, so you don't have to be from England to work with her :) I love, love, love working with you, Rhiannon, and I can't wait to get my copy of the book !
