I was fortunate and won a spring HVAC tune up from Rhino. Austin and Ryan showed up right on time and checked everything out as well as washing my condenser out. I could not have asked for anyone anymore professional than these two gentlemen were. They completed their job in about an hour and gave my system a clean bill of health. Our heating & a.c. unit went out. Austin showed up quickly after being called, diagnosed the issue thoroughly & explained the problems well. We ended up having to upgrade our unit. The process was extremely easy & Austin was very helpful. They stayed late through the evening and took about 3 hours to get the old unit out and install the new unit. Our air went out in May right before it got hot. Rhino not only gave us a competitively priced bid to replace our furnace/AC unit, but they made time to come out around 6p and install it so that we wouldn't be without air. A storm advisory came on with a tornado watch, and they kept working (albeit with one eye on the weather). On his first visit, Austin took it upon himself to identify and correct a plugged drain pan in my attic (that had been leaking into my garage) that others had ignored, on a visit for a free quote! They were great to communicate with and had my new air conditioning units installed in no time.
