Ensuring correct PAYE, national insurance contributions, statutory sick payments, maternity payments, etc. are made.
Processing (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) payroll, including complex payment structures, such as bonuses and commissions.
Preparing employee payslips (emailing them to you or sending laser security mailers).
Supplying salary breakdown reports showing relevant contributions and deductions.
Acting as your 'agent' with HMRC and submitting RTI (Real Time Information) reports.
Pension Auto Enrolment/ Liaise with pension provider & regulator
VAT;
Setting up your account correctly so submissions can be made online.
Ensuring your VAT return is accurate and on time.
Acting as your 'agent' and submitting your VAT return online (or providing the figures for you to submit your own return).

What inspired you to start your own business?
Having undertaken a work placement back in the 80's within a accounting practice - where bookkeeping was all done manually without accounting software. Every clients books were manually balanced on paper I learned how to do the books for various clients across various industries. (It was so easy to understand the whole concept of bookkeeping, accounting and businesses). This is where my journey begin to become an qualified ACCA Accountant.
