We visited the Oswestry Reviive on Tuesday 21 May 2019 with our son who is getting ready to move into a flat. The Reviive store in Oswestry is out of town in an industrial estate off the A483. The store is at the end of a cul-de-sac after a right turnThere is plenty of car parking opposite Reviive Oswestry which is level towards the door of Reviive. On entering the building you enter a reception area with a friendly lady receptionist. The main display hall is to the left with a raised floor with more display space. Not a huge carpark for the store, but certainly adequate. The entrance to the store was at pavement level, making it wheelchair/pram friendly. The store had a bright feel to it, was laid out well and had prices clearly displayed. The staff were cheerful, exceptionally helpful and clearly passionate about their work. Absolutely atrocious service, had a 6ft wall unit & 2 matching smaller units to donate, which I explained the size of when booking the donation, date was given for collection 01/10 - 01/10 arrived no collection! ! only to be told it would be 04/10 I then had too rearrange someone to be at my property for a second time as I work full time, drivers arrive only to be told they don't take big units because they don't sell!!! I have seen 6ft wall units in the store myself & if you look at the pictures they post there is a 6ft wall unit in one on them. I shall never donate to Reviive again & will tell all my friends & family not to do so either More...

Nice place, helpful staff. Useful when you're with Wrekin Housing and you get a discount. The only thing is their delivery team aren't that great. One situation required speaking to a manager. Don't think I'd come here for a sofa again. Also if you want to return something you'll only get store credit.. Not your money back. Wouldn't recommend for large items like a sofa but for tables and chairs its fine. Shame about the telford store getting closed as now need things to be sent to house and costs a lot more money in delivery charges. More...

Staff exceptional, I have shopped online and at Oswestry and Shrewsbury and the staff could not be more helpful.
Having moved away to live in Worcertershire, I still travel back to Revive Shrewsbury.
I have bought many great items and also donated some.
Cant beat it.
