Your trainer will tailor your exercises to your individual needs to give you the best chance of achieving your goals in the quickest time possible.

We can take your exercise experience into account, only giving you activities you can perform safely (an important consideration if you are new to training).

If you have an injury or medical issue, we can adjust your workout to either rehabilitate the condition or work around it to still give you an effective session.

Your trainer varies the activities of every session to stave off boredom and keep your body from "guessing" what's coming next. Doing the same routines again and again is the number one reason for reaching a premature fitness plateaux and bring progress to a halt.

Importantly, your trainer can push you to work far harder than you would unsupervised, helping you to achieve more, faster.

Building a solid working relationship with a personal trainer increases motivation and cuts down on missed sessions.

Why 30 minutes?

Government research shows that short bursts of intense exercising with short recovery periods in between is by far the most effective way to gain and maintain fitness. 30 minutes is the optimal duration for this type of HIT (High Intensity Training).

It's also much easier to fit a 30 minute session into your busy life compared to a much lengthier and less effective gym session.

With three studios to choose from, we're on your doorstep, again minimising wasted time.

We're open 7 days a week, from 6 am to 9 pm.

You can book online, by text or phone, choosing regular slots or leaving it to the last minute.

We only use qualified, experienced and personable trainers, male and female.
