Actually amazing, repaired my smashed iPhone 6 screen in just over an hour and gave it back to me at my office. I literally didn't have to move/think or wait in the hideous Apple que! Fantastic!!!!

My phone was shut in a car boot and in a terrible state with the screen and camera crushed. They picked it up from my office at 10am and returned it pristine within 2 and a half hours. Amazing! Brilliant service.

Really impressed with the service provided. iPad with smashed screen collected from my office at 11:57 by company rep. Returned almost exactly four hours later, all fixed and repaired. Service beyond excellent. I spent 2 hours researching Iphone repairs and these were the best. Didn't want to let me phone go initially as thought the idea of a stranger coming to collect your phone would be the perfect scam. But have no fear. These guys are professional, slick, quick and courteous. You don't have to even leave your home or place of work. And it's affordable. Can't recommend Repairly highly enough - they're excellent.

I googled 'smashed iPhone screen Canary Wharf' and Repairly came up near the top of results. One easy-to-navigate order screen later, a confirmation message, and, within an hour, Fraser was at my house. Great guy, great chat, great business model - scooted off, and brought my phone back, good as new, in another hour or so. Kept me updated online all the way, and I didn't have to lift a finger. I broke a new Samsung S9 and Repairly fixed for me perfectly. The model had only been released a few weeks beforehand so they had to order a part in, but this arrived the next day. Several other companies had told me that it would be weeks before they could fix it since the model was so new. My phone was collected at 10am and I received it back at about 4:30pm as good as new.The online chat window was really helpful to keep track of the progress. Quick and easy to arrangeMy screen was both cracked and digitally damaged so I chose Repairly because I needed the job done quickly. I do think £104 is a bit expensive for a screen fix (most places do it for much less) though I do appreciate this covers courier costs as well. Courier picks up your phone from work or home (the driver was a little confused at my pick up location so make sure you leave very detailed instructions) and drops it back after a few hours. I was a little unnerved by being asked to provide my passcode and turn off my Find my iPhone app but after speaking with the team I felt a bit more relaxed (though deactivating them is optional)My job took a little longer than I thought and the return was a huge nightmare, but I blame this more on the snow than the actual company. I almost had to come pick it up myself! Once Tom got involved on customer services he put me at ease assuring me they wouldn't close the studio until my phone had been returned. Despite this, my phone looks gorgeous and I even got a sock case to protect my phone which I really appreciate!Overall, if I needed the job done quick and had the money I would use Repairly again as they do a good job and it's nice to get your phone couriered and not having to factor in a studio visit into your busy day. However they do need someone else manning customer services as it did go quiet on me at one point which didn't put me at ease. If you want a same day service try to book your appointment as early in the day as possible just in case.Thanks guys! More...

Excellent treatment of the repair with Reparily. They come to pickup the LG Nexus 5 with a Stuart courier this afternoon I ordered a diagnostic. They fix it a first time by replacing the battery and return it the same day ! Incredible. I only pay for the battery repair and not the diagnostic. Unfortunately, the phone stopped the next day and I asked to be investigated under the warranty. They send another courier and investigate it for 3 days but return it me back because it couldn't be fixed. They refund me the battery change but at least they tried. Thank you guys More...

My iPad screen cracked when it fell off the kitchen worktop. Although it still worked the crack was getting bigger and small pieces of glass could be felt on my fingers. After contacting Apple for a quote on fixing this, I was not given a definitive answer. So after my last 2 reviews which wasnt good at all repairley have finnaly redeemed themselves Was promised by tom that my pad could get repaired and returned the same day so today 9th jan 2018 my pad was collected at 9. 00am by 11am my pad was returned and its like brand new screen is replaced and sealed firmly in place home button is fresh and working perfectly and the whole device is running smoother than ever a simple case of third time lucky, was told the problems before were due to a rogue engineer which repairley are not going to use again , im so happy for repairley that i can write this nice review so thanks guys for restoring my trust in you and returning my pad like brand new much appreciated and all the best for the future More...
