The screen dimmed down and eventually blacked out completely, so I could no longer use my laptop. Steve ordered a new screen that arrived in a few days and replaced it in about 45 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend him with confidence. More...

Really good experience. My laptop would not boot up. Suspected hard drive had broken. Called Steve who ordered and fitted a new hard drive, reinstalled Windows and had all up and running in 48 hours. And was also able to recover most, if not all, of the contents of the failed hard drive. He also provided a list of programs which he could not reinstall (but the data seemed intact).
