What do you love most about your job?
The part of accountancy I have always loved most is turning stressed people into relaxed people. I know how easy it is for a simple letter from HMRC to ruin your whole day and I also know how often it is actually the case that these things are nothing to worry about. However, even when there is a big problem, there's almost always a solution and I love providing that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The belief that I could provide a better quality of accountancy service than what I was seeing around me. And, like almost all people who set up their own business, an independent spirit and the desire for a challenge.
