We had a last-minute, one-day reshoot come up and needed a place on the West Side and in a hurry. Stumbled across ReKon while calling up all the majors who were either far too busy or expensive for our shoot. Lesley was a calm professional as our tornado of production swept in for the one day. They have equipment on site and relationships to be able to get whatever you need dropped off -- or they can take your trucks and downloads. They have a kitchen where you can do crafty, working non-porto toilets on site as well as a white or green cyc, it's ideal for inserts, or talking head interviews or even short narrative scenes and small builds. I can't recommend highly enough the ReKon stage and Lesley. If you ever need an insert stage call and visit them first, they're not the biggest or fanciest but for the price, the location and the service, they just might be the best. Go! More...

ReKon has graciously opened their doors every month to host a Sofar Sounds event and the space they provide is absolutely perfect! Their staff is always super friendly and helpful to the whole Sofar team and all the show attendees. They also provide a beautiful stage set-up that constantly changes and adds an irreplaceable ambiance to each show. Also, their acoustics are fantastic and the soundproof nature of their studio is perfect for our "secret show" platform. We can't wait to host more shows at ReKon Productions! More...

Excellent facility and team -- all amenities needed for production in one stop shop. Loved shooting on the stage and working with everyone at ReKon. They are seasoned professionals who know how to solve any problems and usually preemptively prevent problems from happening. Jon and Lesley at ReKon are total pros -- they helped us out with the stage, a comprehensive grip & electric package, production supplies, and a few special-order items for a totally reasonable bottom line. They are FULL SERVICE! They don't nickel and dime you for all the little extra charges like A/C, stage manager, etc -- which is how most stages get you. When needing a space to shoot a very unique shoot on a tour bus, ReKon pulled through, gave us a great rate, and were accommodating every step of the way. They constantly wanted to help us out with anything we ever needed, had all the amenities we were searching for, and they had a dedicated staff that made our shoot run very smoothly. We were looking for a studio space that had some additional spaces we could rent out last minute and ReKon Productions saved us. Â They were available to us over a holiday and we were able to rent all the gear we needed in-house (most rental houses were closed too). Â The staff is awesome and very accommodating.
