As a personal trainer based in Edinburgh, but who also works with many clients in Glasgow, I have had the privilege to train many different levels of client, from the inexperienced to the professional.

I have worked in gyms for many years and have a great passion for helping people to overcome their perceived lack of fitness, fears and negative thoughts on their bodies.
