Had the most pleasant and easy buying experience at reed autos! A few months back my partner decided to purchase a car through Reed Autos, ironically which wasn't to far from the hotel we where staying at for a weekend getaway in Watford. On arrival we where greeted with open arms, and everyone seemed to be very helpful. A young lad helped us through the ins and outs of the car we had chosen (Kia Sportage) and proceeded to run us through exactly what we would be getting for our money. I have to commend the way the staff are, as a lot of the staff are quite young and hungry salesman, they hold themselves very well, and appear very smartly dressed, and thankfully knowledgeable on the products their selling (CARS). I also have to commend the fact that the staff are not pushy, and gave us time to look through everything before we made any decision.What i really like about the company is that the car was valeted before hand, and looked immaculate. Overall great experience, and was in and out in under an hour with all the paperwork completed efficiently. Reed also provided various after care options and paint correction products which they don't push onto you but instead suggest to you if you would like to maintain the cars paint and interior. We did end up purchasing a nice set of Autogylm products.Would definitely recommend Reed Autos to others, as their professionalism and way in which they conduct their business is definitely up there. The woman that delt with us was really good no pushy sales we'd already made our minds up that we wanted the car before we went she sorted the finance and everything rang Sunday morning around 9 drove the 50 mins to get there to look got there around 1 and drive away at 3! Would have been quicker but waiting for the finance company which is nothing they can do other then wait for them but from start to finish it was good. Only thing I would say is the cars condition isn't as said pictures really didn't pick up on the dents and scratches but having said that for the price and miles and history it has it was very well priced and to get them bits sorted would cost alot less then buying one without the issues but car drives perfectly lovely experience and definitely going back to get another car. Great experience at Reed Autos in Foxton. Walked around the place without feeling harassed and when we found a car we liked the look of the team were very helpful. We were able to go on a test drive the same day and when we'd made our decision the sales process was smooth. Tip: if they offer you the Autoglym LifeShine, I'd recommend it. Was massively sceptical at first but my white car still looks brand new a month after buying it with daily usage. You also get a really good cleaning kit chucked in the boot of your car to keep it looking spangly new.They're a young sales team but they're very knowledgeable and enthusiastic (one of them drives a Fiat Tipo but don't judge him too harshly based on that).Big shout out to Ryan Pavey who looked after us throughout the process, he's a top lad and when it's time for my other half to upgrade her car, we'll have no hesitation going back to see him and the team at Reed Autos. Bought a nissan qashqai. Great car and service from start to finish. As we were there a little while doing paperwork. When they saw we had a dog they insisted we bring her in. My dog is blind and they all came over to make a fuss of her and gave her water and she was relaxed. I've never got that anywhere else and little things like that will make me go back. Fantastic. I'd definitely recommend Reed Autos Ltd to friends and family because they had a huge range of vehicles that had been reliably checked by the onsite Bosch service centre. The sales person was friendly, welcoming, informative and not at all pushy.The vehicle I purchased I was informed required two new front tyres that weren't available at the time so if I was happy to take it was at the time and return to fit them they would let me drive away as they weren't in a terrible condition.I spoke to the head mechanic who was apologetic and forthright about the situation and I was happy that I could return to get it done.Top service that I haven't received from any other dealership. Visited Reed autos after a very bad demotivating day visiting car dealers all over the county. Finally someone offered me a drink, listened to what I was saying , knew his car specs and treated me like a human being! He also showed me options I hadn’t considered,, absolutely zero hard sell, a friendly warm and inviting environment and a team who clearly get on with each other and know what they are doing. Absolutely fantastic service and an experience that I would more than recommend to my friends and family.From the first point of contact over the phone the team at Reed Autos were helpful, attentive and there was none of the "sales pressure" that you so often come across at big dealers. Reed Autos were recommended by the mechanic my family have used for 30 years. I was very happy with their service. Adam met me on arrival, and I did initially think that he was very young to perhaps have the experience to help me, but I was soon convinced by his open and friendly manner, and he was able to answer all my questions well. We spent 90 mins going over my requirements, looking around at quite a few cars, and test driving two. I left thinking I’d sleep on it, but soon had decided that I was going to go for the Vauxhall Mokka, that Adam himself was very keen on !! I was back a few days later and bought the car.A week on I am loving my purchase.
