All our planning meetings are much like a painter before he sits down at the canvas to paint. We talk about our conversation with the owner and key people at your business. We review your competitors and industry data both collected and from our experience. Tossing around ideas and looking at the data to see which we agree will be the best fit to bring the results we are looking to attain.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Before we begin working on solutions for a client, we always have a conversation in which we do most of the listening. What goals do you want to reach? Why are you looking for additional help? and What efforts have you tried in the past, and with what results. After a great conversation, we can then begin to build a custom campaign to help you reach specific goals for your company.
What do you love most about your job?
The success of our clients continues to motivate us. We have a no long term contract policy allowing our customers to cancel anytime they want if we are not performing. We work hard month after month. This is what drives us!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 10+ years in the financial industry building websites and designing marketing plans for banks such as Wachovia, First Union, and Household Bank, we knew we could take this same experience and practices used by large corporations to help businesses smaller businesses grow!
