We are more than just London’s best taxi and luxury car service provider. We are a group of individuals with diverse backgrounds, experiences and skills who have come together to become the ‘REAL’ Team. I also understand that running my own business means that there are never two days the same, which I suppose is the reason why I enjoy the challenge so much!
What inspired you to start your own business?
They are far too many taxi and luxury car service organisations in London where their focus is on cheap prices and low quality customer service. I wanted to establish a company with a commitment to setting new standards in customer service within the car transfer industry. We have personally selected every one of our drivers to ensure they fit into the ethos of our organisation; this means understanding that high quality customer service is paramount.

As the saying goes "Every journey matter" which is why we have focused on building strong long-term partnerships with large corporate clients, agents across the travel industry and private customers. Consistently achieving extremely positive feedback from them (we have averaged a customer satisfaction score of 4.92 out of 5.0 - something we are immensely proud of), and consistently seeing a high volume of repeat business and personal recommendations.
