I went to the total body build class and had a great experience. I’m somewhat new to using weights/equipment to work on strength and this was the perfect class to learn how to use certain machines and exercises to build muscle. The instructor Eric was awesome and provided all the guidance I needed in terms of correct form! It was a fun and totally effective workout! More...

Great Trainers and Great Training. Getting my butt back in gear. I've gone for 2 weeks 4 days a week and I've already dropped one neck size on my dress shirts. Feeling stronger and healthier... and sore. LOL! More...
