Really good communication from the beginning. During the work communication was also excellent, messaging with time of starting etc. very punctual. Riley came to look at a leaking chimney and velux window and explained exactly what he was planning to do to fix it. His quote was speedy, reasonably priced and his team of men worked very efficiently throughout the job. They were tidy and cleaned up any mess after each day. After mortar fell from the verge of our roof, and given the risk to safety from potential further falls, we needed remedial action quickly. We called several roofing firms and RC Roofline offered the best combination of price and availability to do the work - they came out within 24 hours with a very reasonable written estimate, and were on site to complete the work within a couple of days. Riley and his team arrived spot on time, and all worked hard to fit uPVC fascia, soffit and guttering plus a downpipe, all finished off with a dry verge capping system in black.
