Keep Warm are undoubtedly the best heating firm I have ever had out.A friend recommended Richard and the lads and I didn’t even have to ring him. My friend passed on my details and he was on the phone by 8:30 the following morning and around looking at the job by 11:30 the same day.The job was arranged for the following Monday.It took two attempts to get the heating working but that was due to how badly the system was clogged up.Bob that did the job was very polite, friendly and very experienced and helped me with some advice after he had left the job.Although they are a bit more expensive than some other firms I contacted you will find out why once your job has been completed.Will definitely use Keep Warm again and recommend that you give them a go. I cannot recommend Keep Warm Heating highly enough. They are extremely accommodating, turn up when they say they will and do a first rate job, but above all you can totally trust their integrity. My letting agent had instructed another company to inspect a problem boiler in one of my properties. The company advised a new boiler - cost £2,300. I asked that my usual plumber from Keep Warm Heating provided a second opinion and to go ahead and supply and fit as appropriate. Richard Bailey visited and reported back that the boiler was in excellent working condition (now that the electric circuitry had dried out following the previous plumber’s work) and that he did not advise any further action was necessary - total cost £75. First rate service, assessor/estimator was faultless and friendly. Clear, helpful and concise about what they could offer. The installation of a brand new upgraded warm air system and water heater was carried out by two first rate engineers who were with us for two days.
