I have been contacted by rayner personnel a couple of months ago as I was actively searching for a new opportunity at a more established estate agent. Not only was Jake and Josh very attentive but they always kept me up do date with different opportunities along the way with amazing companies which I would have never had a chance with if it wasn't for them. I'm a very happy client. I arrived back from Switzerland after being away for 5 years. I needed to get a job pretty quickly so added my CV to the usual online agencies like CV-Library, Reed and Indeed. So, I started searching on 23rd June 2019, was contacted by Lauren Harris on 24th June, had an interview on 25th June and a 2nd interview at the same company a week later, was offered the job that same day (2nd July) and started working there on 4th July. Throughout the whole process Lauren was brilliant...keeping in constant contact with me, advising me and encouraging me. After working in Estate Agency for 7 years in central London, I decided to change things up and start my own business. After unfulfilled promises made to me and underpayments by companies it became clear that the line of work wasn’t viable. I had to get back into the industry fast and in an unfamiliar area as I had moved slightly outside the inner city. Rayner have helped me before so I went to them and one other. My first experience with this recruitment agency was with Ian Roberts who contacted me with an opportunity. The very first interaction we had was all he needed in putting me up for a role that matched my skill and salary expectations that same day and within hours my interview was booked. Craig is and continues to be extremely attentive (even after the new staff member has started). He has given me hours of his time and advice over the phone at all times of the day. He has stuck with me despite my despondency at times because he knows I have been too busy to reply swiftly. He has been persistent in helpi8ng me in a very professional manor. His background running 20 or so offices for a large estate agency shines through when it comes to finding staff, negotiating terms and looking for the best opportunities. Having dealt with many recruitment companies over my 15 years in the business, Craig offers by far the most for the same money as others. I will not look elsewhere when seeking new staff. The great extra with Craig is knowing I've a brilliant contact to seek advice from about running my estate agency.
