My mother-in-law was in desperate need of an inside/outside unit for her home in Rockwall. Roland was very nice and provided a proposal she could not refuse. We recently purchased our home. The entire experience was a nightmare! After we closed everything needed work and everything was slowly dying on us. Roland came out to the house and gave us a reasonable quote. The best part his crew was there the next day and finished everything that day. They replaced the old unit and moved the new to a new location. The crew that was here was amazing, polite, respectful and neat! There was nothing left behind! Best experience ever. I selected Ray's Emergency Air Conditioning and Heating after three estimates; theirs was second. Roland was professional, personable and, true to company motto "Honest above reproach". Family and folks who know me IRL are aware that I acknowledge and encourage importance of the vibe which escapes definition by words, but is vitally important in any situation..that "gut" feeling. Interactions with 1 and 3 were pleasant, but I felt the sense of care that is nadir of any partnership while visiting with Roland..he exceeded my expectation of cost and went the extra mile (literally) to ensure comfortable temperature in my home until job is complete, by providing two window units. Our HVAC units were 15 years old. When one finally decided to give out in the middle of Summer, we thought we would have to pay "Summer prices" for one and then wait to get a better price on the other in the Winter. Rowland came out personally and carefully explained their systems and gave us a great price that made it easy to decide to go ahead with the purchase of two units. Don't think twice before calling this outstanding company. I had a problem with my HVAC system. They arranged a service call time to suit my needs the next day.
