Been at this gym for a while now and love it!!!
Fun friendly atmosphere and never have to wait to use equipment like many other gym. Great equipment.

Fit Club in Northwood is an excellent new gym in Northwood Hills. They have a great range of classes and equally importantly great trainers including an MMA fighter who ran an excellent group training session for us.

The boxing area is phenomenal - well done to the team at Fit Club. Highly recommend this place

This is a great gym - the team who run it understand fitness and have got the balance between comfort and function spot on. The equipment is top spec, there is a dedicated app to see your gains and great array of classes. It's clear the guys who run the place care about helping people improve their fitness - no matter what level they are starting from. . I go for the weekend cycle class. I really like the Saturday class. The instructor clearly knows how interval training works. The Sunday class is trying to be a full body workout which I like the idea of. I used to be a rower. Except, I don't feel it works on a bike. We would get a kind of rhythm going with our arm moves but I kept finding I would always pedal down with my right foot when we did an arm move. It felt unbalanced. I would try switch so I would pedal down with my left foot when we did an arm move, but would get out of rhythm with the rest of the class while trying. Later at home, I laughed about something and felt a sharp pain in my left side abdominal muscles. That stayed with me for about three days. I think I will have to stick to the Saturday class. It's unfortunate because I hoped to go both or either days depending on my weekend plans. More...
