About

Our jobs and our businesses are huge parts of our lives.

Life is too short and precious for unsatisfying jobs and living with that 'what if' feeling.

Our boss, colleagues or a job we are not suited to can also be a huge source of stress.

CV Writing

I never received my CV as promised. All my emails were ignored, in the end I requested a refund which I also didn't receive. Very Unprofessional service.

Q&As

I am excited by possibilities, new beginnings and people reaching personal ambitions they thought were out of reach. Seeing people throw away old notions of what they 'should' be doing in order to focus on what they 'want' to be doing is brilliant!

I have always been interested in working on multiple avenues, ideas and tasks at a time. Working in one job day in day out doesn't do it for me. Working for myself means there is always variety, I'm always having to think on my feet, learn quickly, bounce back from failure, enjoy my successes...then start the roller coaster all over again!

Starting the coaching business felt very natural for me. All the guides, gurus and articles tell you to focus on what comes naturally to you but others find difficult.

For me, that is finding direction, enthusiasm and having the confidence and determination to pursue the next goal in my working life. I find it easy to shake off doubt about what I am doing, focus on what needs to be done and take those first action steps.

That last bit is where most people falter. The idea is solid. They can see where they want to be. But they do nothing. Doubt creeps in. They convince themselves it is a pipe dream and year after year they go through the same cycle.

Your job influences nearly everything in your life. Here is a small, non-exhaustive, list of these areas:
- what you can buy
- where you can live
- how many children you can afford to have
- the standard of food you eat
- the number of holidays you can go on and where
- the hobbies you can indulge in
- your financial security
- the time you have to actually live your life
- how satisfied you are with life - feeling you are capable of so much more but being stuck erodes our confidence, happiness and sense of pride in our abilities
- your relationships
- your sense of personal satisfaction
- your day to day happiness
- our mental well-being

Life is short. If we need to spend most of our time at work - which many of us do - we need to be damned sure we are in the right place. Settling for anything less is doing ourselves a disservice.

I can help you find direction, work out the practical matters like CVs and interview skills then build your confidence to make the move you have been dreaming of.

If your job isn't giving you want you want and you want to move on, move up or move out, I would love to work with you to make it happen.
