Nick worked methodically, setting out each stage of the work he would undertake and explaining this to us in a non-techy way. He started by auditing our site to make sure it was SEO friendly. He then set up google analytics and google tag manager and customised this appropriately to ensure it would pin point our target customer. He also set up ad words & Bing, again tailoring this to our needs. Nick also advised us generally on digital marketing & ecommerce, discussing both our current and our future needs as we grow - all very helpful as this was new area of investment for us.
