Nothing bad to really say about this place. Started working here in January and it's a great environment to be around and work in. They are very picky with who they hire though I will admit that. Happy to have worked here and left my mark at this establishment. More...

Services

RAM provides outbound calling services for special projects on an as-needed basis. These projects include but are not limited to: - Database updating and clean-up - Appointment-setting (phone, physical, or web conference) - 2-2-2 Programs - Event invitations - Customer service/quality control efforts - Caller follow-ups - Event cancellations/ rescheduling/ changes - Mailer or Event Follow-up - Surveys - Customer Service Notifications - Confirmation of Registration/ Appointment/ etc. - Reaching out to “cold” or inactive customers - Any other outbound services/actions that may be required Our representatives are experienced in start-to-finish operations including full closure, cross-selling, and up-selling to enhance the value of each lead.

RAM provides live responses for calls generated by direct mail, internet sources, newspaper/ magazine ads, brochures, newsletters, radio and TV commercials, and any other media disseminated by our client. This live response records the purpose of the call, completes a short survey of the caller, records the source of the call and completes the required action. These specific inbound call actions include: - Registrations for conferences, events, seminars, etc. - Sales - Customer Service - Appointment-setting - Physician referrals (for medically related projects)** - Real-time transfer to specific destinations (with call announcement) - Fulfillment of direct mail pieces (where applicable) - Managing messages or call overflow - Any other services/ actions that may be required ** Physician referrals entail an analysis of caller requests against the physician database and providing the caller with names and contact information of as many as three appropriate physicians and/or call transfer(s) to physician offices.

RAM provides data entry and back-office support services as needed. We have experience handling various data entry tasks into both generic and proprietary/customer-specific databases such as Siebel, Onyx, Salesforce.com, Zoho.com, MACOLA, HMS, SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, a variety of web-based portals, and shared Microsoft Access databases. To provide back-office support for our clients, we have the capacity to receive returned mailings, send out deliverables upon customer request, track various parts of sales cycles, coordinate or follow up with reps or customers as needed to resolve issues such as scheduling, and utilize calendar-sharing to avoid double-booking

RAM provides additional logistical and campaign support to our clients on an as-needed basis. Some aspects of this support include: - Script development, writing, and/or editing - Analysis of data and/or results (current or past) - Consulting on campaign set-up or modification - Consulting on best methods and practices to reach desired goals - Follow-up with sales representatives and/or administrators regarding “hot” leads and customer service issues requiring immediate attention - Rescheduling of appointments/leads - Customer Service follow-up to gather information or for quality control
