Good afternoon Stuart,
Please, please reply to my email. I am tired to chase you for something you promised to come and finish.
Please bring the right parts for the front door as promised and use your integrity to discuss all the other issues that I have raised with you for the past 2 years or more .
It’s been over 4 months waiting for the front door parts. Four months ago you came with the wrong size parts and never returned as promised. . Please put yourself in our shoes and treat us the way you would like to be treated.

Ordered a composite door, Supplied very quickly, quality excellent , went out of his way to find exactly what I wanted and workmanship was excellent, very professional, and would recommend to anyone, can't say the same about DL windows who supplied my windows, wish I had found RHL before getting them from DL , as would have been a lot happier.
