We make honest and creative photography. We will be telling your story and nobody else's. Myself and Tonie aren't obtrusive. We want to capture your natural spirit and emotion in the best way we can. We're not formal photographers and sure as heck won't boss you about.

Rachel and Tonie are super talented people and I cannot recommend them highly enough! PLEASE BOOK THEM for your wedding because I'm confident that, just like they did in both our engagement shoot and on our wedding day, they will capture the happiness and personality of you both as a couple.
They did exactly that for us and we could not be happier with the final product! They captured the detail, emotional moments and our happiness on the day just perfectly. We are over the moon with the final, edited wedding photos. I should add that we got our photos back in two weeks, which feels exceptionally fast in the wedding world. Thanks also for this quick turnaround!
Aside from being amazingly talented when it comes to capturing moments on a camera, they are both absolutely lovely and made us feel at ease very quickly (even when we felt really awkward posing on Buchanan St at 7am on a Sunday morning for the engagement shoot!)
Nothing is a problem and on the wedding day they just got on with their thing, and most of the times we didn't even notice them snapping away! I had to double check the next day that they had been there for the speeches as I didn't notice them at all! Of course, they were, but were just so discreet in the way that they move about the room. We also choose Vault Nine as our videographer and, with Jamie @ Vault Nine being Rachel's brother, it meant they worked really well together.
We also booked in Rachel and Tonie for their fun photobooth, which was a massive hit with all of our guests, both young and old! The photos from that are a lovely memory for us to keep.
THANK YOU so much to you both. I really can't express in words just how happy we are that we booked you guys. We will be recommending you to absolutely everybody!

Amazing work, friendly and fantastic to deal with. Already got another session booked and going to add to that. Our only issue is all the photos are so good we are struggling to pick out the ones to make canvases off and which ones to have as framed photos.

Rachel and Tonie are fantastic to work with, they photographed our wedding and made us feel so at home with them. From start to finish they made sure we got all our shots, gave us the time we needed and even helped lift my dress around haha!
We are yet to see all the photos but I just know they will be fab, cant wait!

If I could leave 10 stars.. I would. These guys are the ultimate duo. We are so glad we snapped them up. I don't think we would of been happy with anyone else. They accommodated our needs throughout the day with us shouting, get a picture of us hanging out the honeymoon suite window. Rachel and Tonie were an absolute delight to work with. They have the ability to blend in and be totally unobtrusive while managing to capture many of those moments you aren't even aware they are happening on the day.
It was such a lovely surprise when we received our photos.
We opted for the full photography package and did a pre-wedding photoshoot, which I would totally recommend. It allowed us to feel more comfortable knowing what to expect when being photographed on our wedding day but also made the photographing on the day more efficient, so we could spend more time with our guests.
The turn around for our photos was less than 3 weeks, which is excellent considering it's the height of wedding season.

After following Rachel's career for some time we knew right away that we wanted to have Rachel McNeil Photography capture our big day, it was one of the first bookings we did when we got engaged! Tonie and Rachel have a real knack of putting you at ease whilst remaining professional throughout. In July of last year we had our engagement shoot (which was included in our package) up in Glen Coe, this allowed us both to get comfortable with each other in front of a camera as well as getting to know Rachel and Tonie this helped tremendously ahead of the big day and of course resulted in some stunning engagement photos to treasure. On the wedding day we also had them provide the photobooth in the evening which was a total hit and provided some hilarious photos of our guests. We received our wedding photos within two weeks of our ceremony which surprised us but these guys work so so hard and I really can't recommend them and thank them enough for the memories they've captured for us over the past year. We were super lucky with all the suppliers we chose for our Wedding day on the 21st of December but we have to say Rachel & Tonie were truly amazing.
.. Our pictures are absolutely perfect and have captured our special day so well.
We loved your laid back attitude which made us feel super relaxed on the day which we think shows in our pics.
Nothing was too staged and everyone looked so natural and looked like they were having lots of fun... Which we were :)
