I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and am keen to help you set and reach your goals, whether it is weight loss, improving your health and fitness or gaining muscle. I am able to work with you in a gym or from your home or a local park, it is where you feel more comfortable to train that is important. I can give you advice about Nutrition, and will give you exercises to do in between sessions with me to help you reach your goals quicker. I am Boxercise qualified so can also bring some boxing into our training sessions.

I am also a Level 3 sports massage therapist, and will work with you to help you recover from injury or implement massage as part of your training programme.

Why might I be the personal trainer for you? I have had my own struggles with weight throughout my life from being overweight to underweight, so I understand the frustrations and dilemmas you may face. I understand how it feels when you feel like you are doing everything you can to reach your goals but the scales don't seem to be agreeing with you, but now I also understand the science behind this and know it is not important to rely on the number on the scale alone.
