Having just finished my first set of 6 PT sessions with Rachel, I can proudly say I have lost 9Ibs and 9 inches, and feel much happier and healthier in myself as a result. I saw Rachel for just 30 minutes each week, but also completed a home workout as directed by Rachel, in between these sessions. Rachel is tough yet fair, but most importantly is there to guide you through every wobble, question or query, and ultimately cheer you on when you make progress and achieve your goals. Equipped with Rachel’s food guide and advice, I have been opened up to a new way of exercising and eating- one that I am confident I will be able to sustain moving forwards. I signed up for a block of 8 PT sessions with Rachel in the New Year. After confidently telling Rachel that no "diet" had worked for me before and I'd tried everything we had a very frank conversation about my goals and approach to a healthy lifestyle. I learned so much from the sessions and can honestly say she has changed the way I think about food/exercise forever. I have lost over half a stone and over 9 inches. I can run further and faster than I ever have and more importantly I am confident with how I look which has not happened for a very long time. Do not hesitate to book with Rachel the sessions are excellent and be prepared to be pushed physically and mentally but it's one of the best things I've ever done. Thank you! More...

I started training with Rachel when I was pretty down on myself, wanted to try to do something about it, but not really believing I had it in me to do more than feel a little better about myself. Six months on, I can honestly say I’ve changed my whole outlook on life, plus I’m the healthiest and slimmest I’ve been in years. Rachel believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. She gave me the tools and encouragement I needed to make a change and helped me do that every step of the way. I’m a different person now to when I first started at Benton Towers. Happier, healthier and much more aware of how my body works and what I need to do to keep myself feeling this way. That’s a lot to do with Rachel and her support (though I know Rachel will say it was all me ) I have loved it so much that even though my PT sessions have come to an end, I will still be seeing Rachel twice a week at the small PT groups I’ve began to actually look forward too! I signed up with Rachel in January, not really knowing what to expect. But I can honestly say 'wow' it has been the most positive experience of my life. At times there have been challenges, but I feel now I have a wealth of knowledge especially on exercising and dietary advice, to give me that motivation to proceed forward on my health kick. This is my third year of training with Rachel, and I would highly recommend her. She’s great at listening to your goals, tailoring a package to suit but not letting you off the hook either Putting the world to rights with her twice a week is basically the only thing that would induce me to do weights, which are so important to your overall health. She’s also supported me through rehab following shoulder surgery which I’d been putting off for ages. More...

Rachel is truly inspirational. I wish I’d met her years ago. She is supportive, encouraging, realistic and completely committed to helping you on your journey. She is truly invested in your journey. If you put the work in you will see the results. What I love about working with Rachel is the program changes every six weeks and there is the capability to push yourself within the program as you get fitter. I was an emotional and physical mess when I braved a meeting with Rachel for the first time. When I left though I knew that she could help me to get where I wanted to be and I have been training with her ever since. I love the way Rachel pushes you to your potential and the way she delivers her training whether one to one or in small group. It doesn't matter where your fitness level is Rachel works with you to help you achieve your goals. To put that into perspective when I first met her I had recently recovered from a double mastectomy and now I'm about 2 stone lighter and so much fitter, stronger and with that more confident. Pre Rachel the only runs I could manage were mascara and tights! 5 years on I'm hooked. I hate missing a class (Regenerator on Sunday and Box and Burn on a Wednesday)Rachel is motivational, encouraging and a really lovely lady- you know the sort you aspire to be like. Rachel has given me a massive kick-start to getting fit by making every training session tailored, challenging and most of all fun. She also helps with routines to do on my own which is just what I needed to keep the momentum going. In less that 8 weeks I felt a massive improvement. More...

I came across Rachel through a friend who recommended her classes to me. Initially, I thought it would be a great way to spend more time with my buddy but going to Rachel's classes has turned into much more than that! In the last 3 and a half months, I have put on muscle mass, become more toned and defined, strengthened up and increased my stamina with visible results! I would not hesitate to recommend Rachel's classes; she is a fantastic trainer, listens to what you would like to achieve personally through her training sessions and is friendly and highly approachable! The best fitness classes in town! I started to attend classes here due to the later starting time as I commute and I really liked the variety of classes on offer. I am no fitness freak but needed to get fit and lose some weight. Rachel is the best fitness trainer I have ever had, every class is different, with great energy, plenty of laughs and a lot of hard work but 2 dress sizes down that works for me! Very professional fitness studio, Rachel makes you feel very welcome and cares about your individual goals. I started doing 1:1 with Rachel couple of years ago and found the result amazing in eight week I had achieved the body type I wanted. I was amazed how my body shape had changed. I started training with Rachel 3 years ago on a 1:1 basis. I now attend weekly Bootcamps, Box n Burn sessions & Fatburner classes. Rachel is professional, inspirational, enthusiastic, reliable, great fun & a little bit crazy too! Everything you could want from a fitness professional! Rachel is highly recommended! I started 1:1 training in January wanting to get fitter, healthier and lose weight. I have achieved all of these and more - my body has changed shape and I am fitter now than I was in my 20's! Rachel's classes are fun and varied.
