We used Race Timing Solutions for our charity obstacle event Furlong Fury. Being relatively new to biggish events (600 entrants) we appreciated all the help and support along the way. On the day it was reassuring that the RTS guys had the timing all under control - helping us with pre entered and on the day entries. They also offered inflatable start and finish arches and a big clock which all added to the atmosphere. We have used RTS twice and would have no hesitation in recommending or using them again. We've used @racetimingsolutions at our @loveswimrun open water swimming events, The Big Welsh Swim and The Big Bala Swim, and have been blown away by the level of professionalism, enthusiasm and care that all their members of staff give. They are super organised, really friendly and the mat system they use seems simple and flawless. The chips are on comfortable neoprene bands that secure well. We have only had one lost chip at our events and suspect that was down to user error! ;-) In comparison to other mat timing providers the service they offer is a very reasonable price. We are looking forward to welcoming Race Timing Solutions to our future swimming events and would highly recommend them. More...

We use RTS for our Tri Series events including the Oysterman Triathlon in Kent. We've been fortunate to have Dennis a few times and he's brilliant and able to manage different peoples expectations, from us as the event organisers to the participants wanting to discuss their times. The kit is of a good standard, they always arrive with plenty of time and are well priced in comparison to other timing companies we have used over the years that were not as helpful and just wanted to get off site as quick as possible. Race Timing Solutions (RTS) provided chip timing services for the West Suffolk Triathlon 2018 and they were a pleasure to work with. The price of their service represents good value, they were proactive in contacting me before the race and easy to communicate with. On the day I found Dennis to be very knowledgable, efficient and professional. He made me feel relaxed that the chip timing was under control and everything ran smoothly with no major issues. The results were published live to the web during the race and the final results for prizes were available very quickly after the last competitor was finished. RTS understand what we need to make race day run smoothly. The service we receive before, during and after our events definitely make us feel like a long-term valued client. The calm and professional manner of the RTS team helps us to keep our heads during the busy buildup to the start of the race. They take all of the stress out of manually recording results and the hours spent after the event getting the data together and online - with RTS the process is seamless and runners can see their results as soon as they exit the finish funnel - how's that for service!
