Rob was recommended to us after we saw some work he had done in a friends house and he really doesn’t disappoint! Within two days of contacting him he was round to quote us for installation of radiators and to discuss our best options for a new boiler. His quotes were more than reasonable. Whilst we await the delivery of our original cast iron radiators (which Rob will install!) he came to fit some reproduction ones, all of which required alterations to the original pipe work. The work he did is completely faultless! He is very polite and tidy. The alterations for the new pipes in the floorboards were also done carefully and precisely. We needed a new boiler and inset fire installed. Our existing boiler was older than the dawn of time, we wanted a system boiler so we could have good hot water pressure throughout the house. I had spoken with several plumbers; some didn’t show up to look at the work and others came round but never followed up. Rob turned up when he promised, locked in a price and gave us a date to which he also turned up. Rob is great, hardworking, clean and very knowledgeable about his trade. We now have a state-of-the-art Ideal system boiler and swanky Gazco inset fire, ready for winter. Louis, Rob’s hard working and extremely diligent apprentice, has a great work ethic and with Rob’s guidance will one day be a truly awesome plumber. We have used Rob for several years now, he is always polite, punctual and very professional. He always quotes accurately for the work required, he is very reasonable and the work is always outstanding. He recently replaced our old gas boiler for a new combie system, delivered the job 100% to what was quoted and on time. He made good around where all the old system had been and thoroughly cleaned up behind himself at the end of each day. Rob is honest, decent and does what it says on the tin. Rob contacted me straight away after I sent a message at 8pm on a Saturday on Checkatrada when a lot of the messages I sent on the website had been declined. This guy is an absolute legend!! Had an emergency with water gushing into my kitchen from underneath my sink. He was able to direct me over the phone to stop the water and came round in just a few minutes later to fix. Friendly, extremely helpful and very efficient. Rob has come to our house on a few occasions to do works to our central heating system. From adding thermostat valves to existing radiators to removing an existing radiator and replacing it with a stylish column radiator on a different wall.
