Excellent quality of windows. I had the front windows replaced and was most impressed by the quality of the windows compared the last ones I had several years ago. The fitters Darren and John were excellent and was impressed by how little dust was made especially as the whole frames were taken out, they left the house very clean. I will certainly use this company again when it is time to replace the back windows. From the beginning with having a quote right through to completing the work the company were excellent. After my son managed to crack the glass in his bedroom window, I got a quote from R and M to replace it. They were friendly and knowledable and within no time had the replacement in and fitted. We needed new windows for our bedrooms along with a new front door and found R&M through a google search and saw some good up to date reviews below so we decided to give them a call. We found the experience very easy; they were very helpful and informative when showing us different types of windows and doors before we settled on French style windows and a composite door. The sales person, Richard was very knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth, making the experience easier. Their fitter, Alex was again friendly and efficient. We are very happy with our windows and front door with friends complementing the quality and the style of window (fully opens without a bar blocking the view) and door (we are able to basically design everything).
