Great little gym in the heart of Exeter, lots of personal training goes on here, away from the crowds of people at the commercial gyms. If you train by yourself like I do you will often find yourself outnumbered by those having 1-1 PT sessions making it a very comfortable place for those wishing to have personal training sessions. The staff are very friendly, you can either chat away for ages or if you are in that GET IT DONE mood, just pop those headphones in and you are left alone to do your thing. The PT I'm working with is one of the Quay Fitness team and so I use the gym once a week for my session with him. I was feeling pretty nervous about being in a 'proper' gym when I first visited Quay Fitness, but I really didn't need to. I started training at Quay Fitness about six months ago and it’s a great gym. It’s full of all the equipment you’ll ever need and all the trainers are super knowledgeable. As it’s an independent gym, it has a real community feel, which I love. So many of the bigger chains can feel quite daunting when you step inside, however everyone at QF is so friendly and approachable, from the trainers to the other members. Have been going to this gym for over 2 years now and it’s the best gym I have been to! I live in exeter and over the past years I have tried several gyms but have always felt uncomfortable and not very motivated to go there! At quay fitness I feel comfortable even to go in and say hello , the people are so lovely, the staff is awesome and very welcoming, they are fun, hard working and always there to help if you have any questions. After seeing a post on Facebook about Hiit the spot and reading up about it. I was very interested in going along for the 1st week free session to see what it was like. There I met Paul Little the fitness instructor and followed Some of his many execises. I later went home and mention this to my friend who then came along. Well I loved it and decided to join up. 8 weeks on and i am still going strong � � At first this wasn't easy,but as time has gone on I have seen an improvement in not only my fitness but my mental health and body shape. There is no "secret" to achieving the body of your dreams. All it takes is hard work, persevereance and, above all, consistency

The best thing about my job is seeing the delight my clients show when they reach a milestone and race past it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I just got to the point where I was fed up with other people running my life and decided to do something about it. As I'd been involved in fitness and weight training as a personal activity for many years I decided to use that enthusiasm and knowledge to help change people's lives for the better.
Why should our clients choose you?
With me what you won't get is someone shouting at you like some kind of army drill sergeant! Instead you'll get a friendly, warm, encouraging and supportive trainer whose sole aim is to help you achieve your goals and who doesn't try to boost his own ego by having his clients end up as a sweaty mess on the floor!
Of course, I expect you to follow my instruction and to work hard. However, at the end of the day it's your decision how much effort you put in but if you are prepared to do what others won't do you'll have the body others only dream of.
