Thank you Quality Diamonds for making a beautiful diamond ring for my 70th Birthday. Ray, at Milton Keynes helped me choose a perfect 1ct D colour IF diamond and arranged for it to be set in a design of my choice. I purchased diamond earrings 5 years ago from Ray and have had wonderful comments from friends and colleagues so chose to return for my ‘special’ ring. I also recommended Ray to my son who also purchased a 1ct diamond ring for his girlfriend and she said ‘YES’ last weekend. I bought my fiancée's engagement ring from the Milton Keynes branch. I had already tried a few highstreet jewellers and found Quality Diamonds to be far more welcoming, knowledgeable and reasonably priced! I managed to get a much nicer ring within my budget than I could have elsewhere. Paul moved heaven and earth to help me hand-pick a diamond and band. I called them up on Friday and they made an appointment for the next day. Everything about diamonds was explained brilliantly and Taha showed me rings similar to what I wanted to get. They gave me enough knowledge to make the right decision taking in to account my budget and style. Didn’t try and make a sale or up sell me in anyway. Great service, however the ring arrived 4 days later than expected.Also the package had a label on it which said "Quality Diamonds", so be aware that you should be careful that your partner isn't the one recieving the package since its not completely anonymous. But all in all a good experience.

I was let down by another retailer a few weeks before and in desperate need Quality Diamond came to my rescue. My order was placed over the phone and arranged collection for two weeks time. I was kept up to date with my order. On the day of collecting there was a small problem that the ring ordered was still in London not Birmingham this is where the awesome Marianne worked some magic and although a small delay she had organised for the ring to be in Birmingham for 1 hour after the original time.
