A friendly team put me at my ease from the moment I arrived. Once in the treatment room the cheerful staff help to keep me relaxed while they confirmed the treatment that I was having. Fortunately they asked me if I wanted a running commentary once the initial injection had been administered, as I’m no superhero I declined and tried to keep relaxed. When the treatment was over I was shown a video informing me of how to treat the area worked on over the next few days. Then the dentist showed me what had been removed and explained the method he used and why. The whole surgery was neat and tidy despite the building work that was going on. I will feel a lot happier going there if more treatment is needed in years to come. More...

The practice is always clean and well appointed. Staff are friendly enough and efficient but my daughter gets incredibly nervous and I feel we're sort of looked upon as odd, rather than any warmth or reassurance being offered when she's upset.

Customer service excellent. Had really bad toothache & needed extraction so very nervous. Like most people was worried about the visit, and the cost. I am also an indecisive person so needed expert advice. Gurpreet totally reassured me, although it took extra anaesthetic as pain was bad, the extraction went very well. I am scared of dentist which has left my teeth in a less than ideal state. the dentist we use is kind, caring and understanding. I find her advice invaluable and she is doing a great job of reassuring us and getting us back on track with good dental hygiene. even having a few fillings were simple and less painfully (and less scary) than previous experience. also she encourages me to bring my little one along so she can also have positive dental experience!!! highly recommended. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave you are truly looked after. I have changed dentists and number of times over the years because I’m never satisfied with the poor treatment and lack of cleanliness. The reception area and the receptionist are perfect, always with a smile and never overbooked. The dentists have looked after myself my wife and my son exceptionally and I could not write this surgery higher. The last time I had service like this cost me thousands of pounds. Thank you so much for looking after my nervous wife and very scared boy who both left happy. Firstly,thank you for accepting the 3 of us as patients , my wife mother-in-law and myself. The first impression was that the receptionists were very pleasant and professional and the waiting room area was bright and comfortable. My check up was with a dentist who impressed me with how thorough he checked my teeth in fine detail for any problems. He even managed to de-scale my teeth with the ultra sonic scaler without any pain. The real test will be in the case of an emergency and getting an urgent appointment the same day. More...
