Robert and his team are hands down the BEST! He and his team are very knowledgeable of their craft. They've saved my butt a few times in some crazy situations that I've run into. Just to list a few things: My website got hacked a few months back and was blacklisted by several search engines. He was quick and got my site clean and back on googles radar real quick.He also helped me when I moved my website to a VPS from GoDaddy and I couldn't get a copy of my database. He was the man to figure out how to do it. He got me up and running on my VPS and no problems since. He's so happy to teach and give tips along the way. I have been using Quail Advertising for both of my businesses for the last 3 years and have to say they are very professional and treat there customers like friends and family. I use them because unlike most print and design companies only care about a $$$$ dollar and whats best for themselves. I can personally say they will go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied with their service and product. They don't judge there customers as just customers but treat them all like friends and family! I have experienced some companies who have told me straight up, "don't get confused business is business and friendship is friendship" was turned away quick lets just say.
