What a team! Just saying Well you guys are the best. I can honestly say you are all fantastic. Very motivating and it never gets dull. You go above and beyond to keep up moral and that's not just kept to time spent in the gym. You are like little Angels/Devils(can't decide which!!!) whispering positive words of encouragement. I have been a member for over a year now and look forward to the sessions every week. The personal trainers are great and very encouraging in getting you to reach your goals. It's the best thing I have joined in a long time. You also get to know other members who become your workout buddies who you can talk to and get ideas from, regarding eating plans etc. (I have been told off by Anthony though for talking too much) Groups of 4 or 1 to 1. I contacted PFT initially to see if they could help me strengthen my core due to an on-going weakness/pain I had been experiencing. I didn’t have any specialist knowledge with how best to tackle the issue and was hoping for advice, and a programme I could also incorporate into my daily routine.During my initial consultation with Anthony, I decided to go ahead with the 21 Day fitness programme.The results have been excellent. The team were fully aware of my issue and the programme was based around focusing on specifically improving my core strength, alongside improving my overall fitness. During the programme I could feel improvements – both physically, and mentally, as the pain decreased significantly. I have experienced an overall improvement and thoroughly enjoyed working with the trainers.Having now completed the programme I continue to feel motivated to carry on with the exercises and dietary improvements the team have advised me on. If you are thinking about improving your overall fitness, and want to better understand how best to go about it – I couldn’t recommend PFT highly enough! More...

I joined Pursuit Fitness Training back in August ’17 after I had dislocated my shoulder and my doctor recommended I do some targeted physical exercise under strict supervision. I can honestly say it’s been a transformative experience – over the course of six months I’ve managed to build muscle mass, reduce body fat, adjust my diet and learnt how to phase out bad nutritional habits that were affecting my overall health. More importantly, the experience has taught me that you can achieve significant results through regular workouts and a balanced diet if you apply yourself with the right attitude and commitment. Esher’s best kept secretI contacted pursuit fitness at the end of the summer when I was feeling so low about my weight, I had no self-confidence or self esteem. So much so that after signing up and paying for a 21 day fitness program, I didn’t have the confidence to turn up to my first session! I did not need to feel humiliated and feel anymore a failure than I already did ... I could not have got it more wrong!Based in the heart of Esher, Pursuit Fitness educate, motivate and transform. The team have re-educated me on food and nutrition and the importance of protein, fats and carbohydrates in my diet, they are encouraging, kind and fun showing me that exercise can be strangely addictive and the results from their program has been amazing. Since having my two children I have struggled with my weight. I suffered from PCOS and no matter how much exercise I did, I couldn’t seem to shift the weight. Over the last few years I have tried all different forms of exercise. I have tried personal trainers at the gym, a personal trainer that has come to my home. I tried jogging and even managed a couple of 5Ks. However I ended up injuring my foot and gave up. I also used to go to the gym at work but since adapting my work hours, to enable me to look after my children I also gave this up.One day I was chatting to my neighbour and feeling very down about my weight. She had recently achieved a complete body transformation. She told me about Pursuit Fitness, I was inspired and decided to give it a go! It was the best decision I have made and I haven’t looked back. I know what I should and shouldn’t eat, and I know that I need to exercise regularly, but I lacked the motivation to do it on my own. I am the master of excuses. The team at Pursuit Fitness provide the guidance and motivation! I have even taken the children when I can’t find childcare. Well what can I say about these guys and girls. I fist met them at a wedding show and found them super helpful and extremely fun to be around. That's why I made the right decision to join the gym as I believe you should have fun when working out and these guys certainly do that. I used to go to other gyms but soon lost enthusiasm but with Pursuit this does not happen. I look forward to every session knowing that I will get the results I want and have fun doing it.I would recommend them 10 times over as the make you feel part of the family and the encouragement is amazing.Well done team keep up the good work.(p.s. they didn't have to pay me to say this) lol More...

I've been 'working' with PFT for 6 weeks now and am loving it. Chris and the team have helped me to identify goals and tailor workouts for me accordingly. The personal training doesn't stop there, I've been given a food plan (easy to follow), have been educated about food choices and have received masses of encouragement along the way. I came in for a 28 day crash course and it has transformed my figure and fitness. The emphasis on diet and nutrition was invaluable - some great advice with immediate impact. Weekly monitoring and twice-weekly resistance sessions embedded the good habits formed. I've lost weight and body-fat, and increased confidence in my ability to keep improving. Thanks a lot Pursuit! The hard work pays off! The schedule and training by the Pursuit Team is excellent and the results do happen. I've been with Pursuit Fitness for 3 months and joined to tone up and generally lose a few inches. I've found the training motivating and my strength and fitness has increased dramatically! I'm more toned and more motivated to keep working with weights to burn fat.The workout room is great and the trainers are young, fun and inspiring.
