How long have you been in business?
Our Story...
...began years ago when we were working for a small family run business. The management reorganisation in 2016 led the company to close down in a very short time.
The staff in the office and all cleaners were left out of work in a matter of days. As we were a good and strong team that was working for many years together, we decided to transfer our knowledge, experience and passion into a new company.
Thus, Purity First Ltd was established.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
For domestic and commercial regular services (weekly or fortnightly) the clients provide the equipment and cleaning supplies. However, we are always able to organise a service where we can provide cleaning supplies.
For all professional services - we provide all cleaning eqipment and supplies. We work with professional detergents that are not only efficient but also eco-friendly, suitable to be used in nurseries and children's rooms.

We always work hard in order to prepare the properties up to customers' standards. Putting things in order and making a home sparkling always brings us a joy and feeling of accomplishments.

We are professional and registered company. We are fully insured and we work up to letting agent standards or clients' standards.
All our cleaners are vetted and checked. We train and help them develop their skills continuously. And last but not least, we pay our cleaners fairly.
End of tenancy cleaning
If you are coming to the end of a lease agreement, you would want to ensure you get your deposit back. By using our guaranteed professional service, you will leave nothing to chance.
Our End of tenancy/Move in service is not hourly based, we send a team and they stay as long as it takes to clean the whole property. All professionals are experienced, background-checked, fully bonded, and come equipped to your appointment with premium cleaning supplies & equipment.
We provide all the materials and equipment; all you need to organise is running water, electricity and parking space for our vehicle. Make sure that the property is empty of personal belongings at the time of the cleaning – all cupboards, appliances etc.
The price depends on the size and condition of the property.
All windows will be washed from inside only and the service does not cover any outside areas like balconies, patios. All carpets will be vacuum cleaned only, professional Carpet cleaning is a separate service.
The End of tenancy is guaranteed service – if you are not happy with the results, we will return the cleaners free of charge for you. You need to check and approve the job upon completion.
Domestic cleaning
Our domestic cleaning is a bespoke service that is tailored to the needs of each client. We can come weekly or fortnightly to carry our the scheduled work we have agreed with you. Our Cleaners are fully vetted and checked.
We always ensure that you are fully comfortable with the cleaner assigned to your job. If not, the cleaner will be changed without any fuss. You are in control of everything done in your home.
Unlike most other companies, we do not have any additional membership or agency costs on top of the hourly rate and if you need to cancel a single visit, or you go on a holiday, you will not be charged for the missed period of cleaning. You are only charged for the service, when it actually took place.
We will not tight you up with any contract, but if you need to cancel our cleaning service we only require 2 weeks’ notice, so we can arrange alternative job for the cleaning lady. As long as you are happy with your cleaner you will have the same person each week and if they are sick or go on a holiday we will be ready to send you a suitable replacement cleaner.
Our friendly team is here for constant support and help with all issues, if any occur.
You will have to provide all the necessary cleaning supplies for the cleaner, so she could do a good job. We can recommend supplies for your information and guidance only.
Commercial cleaning
We understand how important a clean working environment is to the successful operation of your business and we can help you to make a better impression to everyone who come into contact with you.
We recognise that each of our customers is unique, and their requirements as varied as their business. With our own in-house training, all our cleaning operatives receive an extensive training for office cleaning. This means they have the ability to carry out office cleaning within any environment, deliver any specification to the highest standard, have a high focus on communication, and a sound understanding of building security.
Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
Professional cleaning for your carpets, rugs, mattresses and upholstery. This service gives you the best results with fast drying times. Our equipment is cutting edge and our detergents are environmentally friendly and safe.
When washing carpets and/or upholstery, we use Hot water extraction method and this method is not suitable for natural plant fibres like sisal, coir, seagrass etc.
The same method is used for Upholstery cleaning and it is not suitable for any kind of leather/velvet/suede as these types should be dry-cleaned only.
We treat all spots and stains during the service but we cannot guarantee 100% removal as there may be a permanent damage to the material.
At completion of the cleaning process your carpet and upholstery will be clean and healthy.
