Pure water pro is a perfect example of commitment and passion! After going to a trade show in search of a water filtration company, we ended up in a google search and found PWP! Immediately, a rapport was established when Craig answered the phone!His professionalism and knowledge of the reverse osmosis system was evident. The install only took around an hour, and he explained each step and what every water line indicated.After install was completed, a "blind taste test" was a COMPLETE NO BRAINER...the RO system was pure, and ft lauderdale tap water tasted chlorinated and dirty. We immediately loved the final result and used it for our newborns humidifier and our own drinking water.After a year, we had a faucet that leaked slightly. We informed Craig of the issue, and he replaced it free of charge within 24 hours. While visiting my friend, I had a glass of water and it was delicious! Â She told me it was reverse osmosis filtered water and that she had her system installed by purewaterpro. com. Â She told me that she called around and this was the best deal of all the water companies. Â I ended up getting not only the reverse osmosis drinking water, but a whole house water filter AND water softener for half of what other companies like Rainsoft wanted. Â The drinking water is delicious and the water softener has made my skin and hair feel amazing. Â The serviceman Craig was on time and very professional.
