Awesome training regime! Must do more! A group of us use the personal training team and they slowly got us into it before stepping up the intensity making sure we remained enthusiastic but also kept pushing us to the limits. Thanks Graham!

I have always tried to build exercise into my life and working with Graham has been a refreshing experience. We work outside with a minimal amount of equipment for an hour or two each week and it is so much more invigorating than the grind of the gym - the results have been really positive and I feel really alive after each session

I never liked boot camps until I tried Graham's. Every week the exercises are a bit different and you really feel a sense of achievement after each session pushing yourself a little bit further each time. Graham is a great coach and is very motivating whatever your abilities. And of course not forgetting it is great fun working out with a great bunch of people. Love being outdoors in all weathers. I have been taking weekly Personal Training session and come along to the Saturday Bootcamp and I absolutely love both. Graham and Kirsty are always happy and welcoming, which especially helps when you don't really want to get out of bed haha. Thanks Pura Vida!

Graham has a great understand of each individual and manages to motivate all. BootCamp is always hard work but the sense of achievements outweighs any discomfort felt from aching muscles over the next days.

I have had several personal trainers over the last few years, but Graham is by far the best. His programme for me was personalised to my rather demanding goals and needs. His sessions are such fun and always progressive. He know exactly how far to push me to get results, but not so far to put me off exercise altogether (this has happened to me before with other trainers). I started personal training sessions with Graham in April 2016 and he is AMAZING!. I have enjoyed every weekly session with him as he mixes it up so you never get bored (and it keeps you on your toes). I have been personnel training now for 6 months and feel better that I have felt for ages. The training is specific for your own capabilities and needs, with overall body improvement obvious. I've been attending Graham's bootcamps twice a week for over a year now. So much more fun than being inside a gym - which I've never managed to stick to for any longer than a few weeks! Graham always takes the time to make sure the session is fun and different so we don't get bored, and encourages us to push a little bit harder than last week. I have joined Graham’s bootcamp about 5 months ago and soon after that started additional PT sessions with him as well.
I have been working out for most of my life, but was frustrated as I felt I wasn’t able to make any further changes to my body.
Since starting with Graham I have continuously seen my body improve.
The bootcamps are so much fun and I am even looking forward to each and every single PT session at 7.30 in the morning.
The sessions are tailored exactly to my needs and as Graham is always in a good mood it doesn’t even feel like a work out.
I have never had a personal trainer this flexible, supportive and motivational before. Many thanks for bringing out the best in me each week!

Although now in my 70s and not particularly sports-minded, my intention this year is to complete an 80 mile charity bike ride organised by Pura Vida Fitness. There could be no realistic chance of me achieving this at the moment, but by the scheduled date, April 25th, I am totally convinced I can pull it off.Over the last month and a bit I have been training weekly with my personal coach, Graham, who is absolutely brilliant, an absolute life-changer. And with his considerable professional experience in fitness training and nutrition, I have felt motivated to completely change my attitudes towards the importance to wellbeing of regular exercise and healthy diet.Already, I have lost half a stone, my fat level has dropped 5% and mentally and physically I feel so much better. Noticeably too is a much reduced temptation to snack.I am prone to high cholesterol levels and for some years now I have been taking a statin. Although they are now under control there are side-effects, so my aim is to come off it altogether. With fat levels dropping and the weight falling away slowly but so readily, I believe for me to be statin-free but perfectly healthy is entirely feasible.My big challenge this week has been to take on a 20 mile bike ride - and not all on the flat either, some of the hills round my way are seriously steep and long - very long. Anyway, I completed it, a bit of walking and pushing admittedly, but eventually I did do it. For me that was a real achievement, with most of the credit going to Graham of course with his amazing ability to support, convince, encourage and motivate. Each session continues to be personally designed, fresh, very enjoyable and rewarding, something I really look forward to. More...
