I help my clients achieve their goals using positive motivation. When you're positive and enjoying what you do, you're more likely to train better, you're more likely to want to train and therefore you're more likely to achieve your fitness goals.

I track my clients progress by using methods relative to what they're trying to achieve. So for example someone looking to lose weight, I will keep track of their body composition and for someone looking to improve flexibility I'll use stretch tests. This allows clients to see their progress and feel motivated by this.

With regards to training I use methods that are proven to work, I am highly qualified and have years of experience training myself and others.

There is no one special ingredient to the body of your dreams.

The secret is looking at all the minor details that make up the bigger picture. Your body type is a big factor in deciding the type of training and diet you'll need to get the body you desire.

Also the body of your dreams is subjective to the individual so I have some women say they want fitness model physique and be heavily defined, where as some will say I want a slim lightly toned Hollywood style physique. For men some will say I want to be big like Arnie and some will say I want a footballer physique. So it also depends on the individuals perception of the body od your dreams.

I couldn't pick just one thing. I love working with people, I love helping people change their lives for the better. I suppose you could say it's a combination of my passion for fitness and helping people become better than they were yesterday.

My love for fitness and sports and wanting to help people. From a young age I've taken part in a variety of sports and have always taken fitness very seriously. I've always wanted to be able to inspire people who want to achieve something. There's so much people can achieve that they don't even realise yet.

They should choose me because I am a professional, friendly, highly qualified personal trainer. I treat my client's goals as if they were my own.

I like to make training sessions fun, and I always like to try and include exercises that my clients enjoy so that they are more likely to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I like to put my clients at ease and allow them to trust me with getting them to their goals.
