This a fantastic group, it keeps you motivated at every session. everyone is friendly and encouraged. I only wish I found it a year ago.

I would really recommend PT500 - the sessions are made fun and you get great results.
My body fat is the lowest it's been in over a year and I've only been going for a month! Friendly people and anyone can do it!!! The best thing is it only lasts 30 minutes so goes really fast!!! More...

I joined PT500 the end of February this year....I am one of those people who join a gym and the "novelty" runs out very soon! But with PT500 the people are friendly, supportive and you work as hard as you want...usually your hardest because you secretly don't want everyone to think you're slacking but it's fun and definitely gives you results!!! Working with Jon on my fitness has been great. He has been nothing but encouraging and supportive of all aspects of my well-being not just my muscles. Our sessions were always hard work but always with an element of fun, enjoyment being so important to keep me motivated. When I thought I couldn’t do something I was never allowed to give in, it was broken down to help me manage it, which always meant that without realising it, I would achieve what I believed to be impossible. A real discovery and the nicest of people and fits into my very busy work and home life. Yes, it is challenging, but you will be encouraged to build up your fitness without harm or embarrassment. The sense of achievement at the end of a session is amazing. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is so supportive and after 3 weeks I can feel and see the difference.
