I started training with Pete about two years ago and we have worked together both in person and using Pete's online training platform. I was not particularly sporty/active but Pete helped me to fit training into my ordinary life. He also gave me a lot of great advice on nutrition as part of my training plan which I needed. Pete is a knowledgeable and motivating coach/PT and a really nice guy. Highly recommended. More...

Your seriously Missing Out if you ain't done a Workout with Peter, not only is he Tough, Caring & Knowledgeable the results are mind blowing. He has transformed not only my physique but also my mind. Pete is an amazing trainer i have been Pete group boot camp last year it was fantastic. I lost a lot of weight if you leave hackney area don't miss the boot camp i will recommend everyone, i moved to walthamstow i miss my gym thank you pete & all

I'm currently on my 2nd bootcamp with Pete. He's a great trainer, really knows how to make you work hard and I feel so much fitter and stronger in such a short space of time. Highly recommend this. About to start my 9th week of bootcamp and can totally feel a huge difference. I'm soooo much fitter and my body is slowly transforming. I'm not as strict with the food but knowing that I've done a workout every morning by 7.30am makes me feel less guilty. I'm also now much more knowledgeable about exercise and will hopefully be able to keep up the good work. If not, I'll definitely sign myself up for another bootcamp I'm sure. I have been training with Pete for more than a year now and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I went through different forms of training as gym classes, boot camp course and PT sessions. All of them were (and still are :) very satisfying. The training programmes are always nicely planned, which makes the sessions very interesting and efficient. PT sessions are well-fitted to individual fitness level, which boosts gym-confidence a lot. I've been personal training with Pete on a regular basis for over two years and can't recommend him enough. Apart from being excellent at the main bread and butter of his training work, he's consistently upbeat and encouraging and makes a huge effort with nutrition and other aspects around the training itself. I've been training with Pete for over a year now. I was pretty active in terms of sports but had very little experience ( or discipline! ) for toning, weights and other core and strength exercises. Pete's sessions are fun, with a good variety of exercises to match level of experience. He helps you to push yourself ( without feeling like you're in a military boot camp!) and I can really tell after a year of regular sessions that I'm much stronger and my posture has improved due to work outs with Pete. I was a complete gym novice and joined Petes group bootcamp to kick-start a much needed health overhaul. The sessions were hard (4 early February mornings a week) but fun and varied so it kept me engaged. After just 2 weeks I was really feeling the difference. After 4 weeks I felt like I'd come a long way in my fitness understanding and Pete gave a lot of 1 on 1 support along the way.

Off the back of this, I asked for some additional PT, one on one sessions, as I was feeling fit but needed to refine and tone up further for my upcoming wedding. Pete created a custom plan for me and we got to work with 8 sessions over a few weeks. I found it challenging but also a lot more fun having Pete guide me round a varied routine and he helped problems in conditioning from bad habits and older injuries.

I now feel a lot fitter and far more capable in training than I ever expected or would've got to on my own.

Thanks Pete! Highly recommended!

Initially, I trained with Pete in person, then we switched to a hybrid plan of in person and online sessions. After completing the hybrid plan, we transitioned solely to an online program. I achieved excellent results with his program, coaching and guidance. We trained through different phases depending on my goals from cutting to bulking. He taught me how to train more effectively. He also provided helpful nutrition and lifestyle coaching. I would highly recommend him! More...

I started training with Pete around 4 months ago, having never ever taken a fitness class in my entire life previous to that. For someone who was slightly nervous and lacked confidence to get going, Pete really helped ensure that I felt comfortable and motivated me in a friendly and down to earth manner. I've seen incredible results, 2 dress sizes down and increased fitness levels. Since meeting Pete, it’s the first time I’ve ever enjoyed training in a gym. He made me want to train and look forward to my training sessions. Pete is motivating, he supports and understands your goals and what you want to achieve and implements his training methods to make yours goals a reality.

His advice on diet and lifestyle psychology helped me to achieve my goals even quicker. After a short period of time, I saw physical results beyond my expectations and I am enjoying exercise more than I thought possible. He has inspired me to make dramatic changes in my lifestyle. He has been there with me every step of the way.

I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.

I’ve been to a number of personal trainers during my 5 years in London and none have proved more effective or knowledge than Pete. Since training with Pete I’ve got much stronger, gained lean muscle mass and I’ve generally become a much more confident person overall. Each session is challenging and is always slightly different to the last so that I’m always being pushed to my max. I used to hate getting up early and going to the gym but since I’ve been training with Pete I really look forward to working out and having an incredible start to my day. I’ve found that thanks to Pete’s training and his motivational support I’ve become much more productive not just in the gym but in my life overall. I would highly recommend POC Personal Training!
