I have to say from the first phone call to last call for photos. The whole staff was very kind, and patient with all the teenagers for my daughters sweet 16, there was a mishap with my daughters name on prints and shea came right over and fixed the problem. We hired Prop-A-Razzi for a photo booth event at Baylor Scott & White. Their experts showed up on time. They had all the equipment, tools and supplies necessary. They were very professional. Had huge smiles and positive personalities that were very classy, and bubbly. They aligned with our core values and considerations. And took hundreds of very clear and excellent pictures. That you actually get to have on the spot. And pin to a wall if you want. Or take home to your friends and family. You also get a complete thumb drive with all your pictures. And a cloud link to view all your pictures online. They had the best props. Wigs. Hats. Signage. All kinds of fun items on a big table to choose from and take tailor custom made pictures with. They actually took our logo and custom made a digital backdrop on the camera screen that met out corporate and holiday Fourth of July needs. So easy to schedule. Easy to pay. Major success. We actually had our senior executives. Come visit. And look at our pictures. And say that our department had the best culture and morale they had ever seen. I use this company for my husbands 35th birthday dinner and the photo booth was a hit! The staff was more than amazing and generous! The staff was patient and enjoyed helping us. Whenever I had questions or concerns Shea was there to answer them all! The prices also was great For the amount of time we used the photo booth. We first used them for Santa pictures at a local preschool and the attendant was so patient and kind with each child! We also used Prop-a-Razzi at a corporate party and the attendant was prompt, professional and helped everyone have fun with the whole process! I really like Prop-A-Razzi. When I first booked them it was late in the game for me. I had already booked another photobooth company but found out just months before my wedding that not only were they not able to meet my venue's liability insurance requirements, they were not willing to be honest about it either. Sheena was extremely helpful in verifying that they were able to meet these requirements before taking my deposit money. These guys were on time, and though their designated place to set up the open air booth was not enough room, they improvised and relocated it without any disruption to our wedding reception. My only advise would be to get a better quality printer, the digital images quality was perfect however. The company as a whole is reliable and very professional.
