Fantastic gym, Karen offers a tailored programme to suit anyone from absolute beginer to gym bunny. The only way to stay with any fitness regime is to enjoy the experience and trust the trainer and this is definitely easy with Karen at ProMotion. Cannot reccommend highly enough.

I have just had my first cryo lipo treatment with Karen today and i have to say she really put me at ease. I was a little apprehensive at the thought of 'fat freezing'! But it was totally fine. I have some tummy fat to loose after having 3 kids and i cant shift it so really wanted to try this. Karen made me feel comfortable and relaxed and the treatment didnt hurt (just a little cold, thats all). We discussed areas of concern and Karen put a pad on the targeted area on my tummy, and then a suction cup literally sucks the fatty bits up and makes it, well just cold really. We chatted throught the 45 min- 1 hour treatment and before i knew it, it was over! I'm pleased with the result so far, thank you so much..highly recommended More...

I have been training with Karen for around 4 years. I visited for the first time due to a back injury which knocked my confidence completely and I was frightened to return to any exercise or gym work. Karen changed everything for me. Her patience,knowledge and encouragement brought me back to myself again. I will always be thankful for this and the time she put in.
Due to the enjoyment karen brings to the session- I have stuck with her every since.
Ive had several sports massages which have also really helped to loosen my back muscles.
If your thinking about training,massages or have had a past injury which has knocked you back and want someone you can trust...get in touch.
Its more than a job to Karen and that really stands out when you work with her

Had my first session of Cavitation today, and I’m amazed to say I can already see an improvement!!
I had 6 areas done, with the back fat my main concern, really pleased with the results! ! I have 2 more sessions booked in. Really lovely studio, easy to find and plenty of parking. Thank you Karen x More...
