I had a 1 hour session with Karen to review my business last summer and set some goals for moving it forward. It is amazing how much we got through in an hour and how well she understood/ was able to advise on what I do in such a short space of time. I'd like to recommend Karen Taylor of Project Complete. I have been a therapist for over 10 years but find as most businesses it has evolved from what it was when I started. I had an idea of where I wanted to go but wasn't really sure how to get there - thats where Karen came in. She offers an amazing Business Health Diagnosis at just £99!! Using her massive amount of experience both in the corporate world as well as with small businesses it was great to get a different perspective on things. I had to complete a questionnaire about my strengths and weaknesses amongst other things then we have a 90 minute meeting to go through what I need to be concentrating on and gave lots of common sense, simple advice which you sort of know but needed someone to say.
I am now in the process of finalising my plans for the coming year and she will review them soon so we have a SMART plan in place.
Karen also offers accountability which is great if you work on your own and need that little help in getting to those targets. I'd highly recommend Karen for her expertise, her insight and also her down to earth manner and I know that wth her help I'll be moving forward to where I want to be.
