How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
If the garage is adjacent to the property, preferably 'within the footprint of the dwelling' not in a protected area then the likelihood of ease of conversion in terms of planning is increased.
Suitability will depend on the size of the garage, how much / cost of upgrade work that will be required etc.
