I am a new renter so I am speaking on behalf on my experience thus far. I really enjoyed working with Diana; she lined me up with my new home quickly and was very time efficient. I found that a lot of landlords or property management companies in this area take a lot of time, and leave you in a state of limbo. With Diana, it was all business, very straight forward. I appreciated that a lot as I had weeks wasted with other people and I had to stay on their lines to even communicate with me or give me status updates (and I'm a pretty patient person).Bottom line, she made it painless. Also, in the time I've moved in, I had a couple questions/observations in the home, and Diana got back to me within the hour. This gives me a lot of confidence for the time I will be living here. I do suggest emailing as a form of communication; that expedited things for me. So 5 stars from me. I am currently renting my first apartment with Professional Property Management, and I was really unsure of what the process entailed. I was in a hurry to find an place to live that was close to my new job, and I ended up running into a lot of dead ends, unresponsive managers, and complicated procedures that made moving very difficult. Professional Property Management, however, went above and beyond in order to make everything smooth. Despite my extremely full schedule, my leasing agent consistently worked hard to meet my needs. She showed me the place at a time that was convenient for me even though it was clearly not convenient for her, she was very open and honest with me while we were viewing the space, and she remained patient and friendly in answering my multitude of questions about how to apply and move in. PPM has been quick to respond to issues that have come up, and actually asked on her own if she could fix a particular issue she thought might be a problem. I feel totally at ease knowing that PPM is going to be handling my property needs! More...

I highly recommend professional property management without reservations. I have utilized them for the last ten years and my experience with Gene Smith, the Owner has been very pleasant. He is professional, honest, patient and has a very positive attitude. He is very prompt at returning my phone calls and e-mails. He is very considerate of tenants/owners requests and needs and attempts to have both parties satisfied. Anytime there is a challenge he goes extra miles to represent our interests to the end. I often recommend gene's services to other people and virtually every one have been impressed with his professionalism. He is very helpful in referring me to other companies and providing other useful advice. He is a bona fide professional, always courteous reasonable and gracious. Professional Property Management has provided very professional services to take care of our rental properties. I have worked with Professional Property Management in many situations where they are representing the tenants and negotiate with the owner to provide a clean and safe home for living. I am very happy with their services and how they are keeping a good balance to keep both the owner and tenant happy. About 9 years ago, I purchased a 4-plex which was managed by professional property management. They coordinated the time with Tenants for all inspections and appraisal. Once it closed escrow, I decided to keep their services because they had a good relationship with the Tenants and I really did not have the time to manage it. I did right. It was smooth and easy for next several years, until I decided to sell. Then again they assisted coordinating everything with Tenants and providing access. Even though managing my property was not easy, I can say that property management's staff performance was good. I highly recommend their services to friends, family, and even my own clients. More...

This company offers very good service. I have been renting one of their properties for a couple of years. They are strict collecting rent, but take care of things when something breaks.
