Pro MLM Software

I bought promlmsoftware at $1,199
I asked to setting up the software for me to have the Unilevel commission works. It took me 3-4 months to setup and reply all my questions. The website is not tested as we are still preparing for business license and payment gateway registration. 2 months later, I tested the software and it is not working. I look for their support team and they refuse to support me with the reply below:
"We provide 1 month free support.We have already asked all the changes you have asked earlier. We cannot provide unlimited support. Hope you can understand, Its your fault."

The setting is never working since they setup and I found there are a lot of typo and bugs in the software. The software is NOT valued this price with such a bad support and after sales service. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!

They sell a third-party software. I asked them to customize a binary software I bought and they did nothing. Demo version looked amazing; but not on the actual version. They were initially very supportive but would respond weeks to emails couple of weeks later. I now have a non-functional software, wasted $1200 plus months of company time. Spare yourself from agony and look elsewhere. More...
